Payments & Ordering Details

What payments are being accepted?

Payments are accepted via PayPal or Stripe (Credit Cards / bank debit cards / Google Pay / Apple Pay),
Alipay & WeChat Pay payments are accepted after email confirmation with us at support@animegastore.com
Mail Orders (check / money order / cash), Western Union transfer, or Bank Wire-Transfer.


Pay by credit cards, bank debit cards via PayPal or Stripe
Pay securely without exposing any of your payment details. All transactions are 100% secured via the 3rd party payment processor PayPal or Stripe and protected by SSL technology.

PayPal or Stripe is our authorized payment processor to process online payment transactions, we do not process your payment details.

Pay by international money order / check / cash

For customers who preferred to place an order by international money order, check, or cash, please email us the following details to support@animegastore.com:

  • Your wanted list of products (with respective quantities)
  • Your full name & shipping address
  • Your wanted shipping method: standard shipping or express shipping
  • Your payment method.

This payment option is required for bulk or wholesale order, and for buyers who like to pay these ways. Please contact us at support@animegastore.com with the list of products that you would like to purchase.



How do I place and checkout for an order?

To add your selected items to the shopping cart, please click on the Add to Cart button on the product details page.

From the Shopping Cart you can:

  • update the quantity of a selected item, remove the item by setting the quantity to 0.
    change between standard & expedited shipping.
  • checkout with PayPal or Stripe. You will then be directed to fill in the payment and shipping information to complete your order in a secured PayPal or Stripe checkout page.

Once your order payment is completed, we will proceed with your order processing & shipping.



What is the order processing time?

Orders with items that are in stock will be shipped within 2-5 business days after the order payment is cleared. Due to Covid19, the logistics will take longer then usual.

Merchandise that requires making time:

  • 4-8 business days: cosplay costumes that requires time for making
  • 7-10 business days: custom made costumes in buyer given sizes for tailoring
  • 2-4 business days: pillow cases, printed goods, and items bag, depending on available stocks
  • 2-4 business days: t-shirts & hoodies, depending on available stocks
  • 2-7 business days: cosplay swords, or large sized props, or masks, depending on available stocks
  • 2-6 business days: cosplay wigs, shoes and other custom-made items

Occasionally when there are temporarily sold out or back-ordered items, we will try to get them filled/restocked as soon as possible. In order to avoid you from waiting, items that are in stock will be shipped out first, and back-ordered items will be shipped out to you separately afterwards without additional split shipping cost. It will take up to 1-2 weeks sometimes in order to allow the manufacturer/supplier to have sufficient time to produce the next stocks available.

If you place an order and notice an error such as a wrong size or wrong mailing address, please e-mail us at support@animegastore.com immediately so that we could correct your order before it is shipped out. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to change the order that is already in transit by the postal services.



How do I confirm my order has been received?

Upon successful payment transaction, you will receive the followings:
  • An order receipt email sent from PayPal or Stripe to confirm your order.
  • An order confirmation email from AniMEGAstore to let you know that we had received your order.


Please review the items you have purchased are correct, as we will process them directly as instructed. Please make sure you have provided a correct mailing address and email address. After your order is shipped, another shipment confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you.

If you have not received any emails after you placed the order, please check and make sure a valid email had been provided in your order. If an email address provided is invalid or due to the email filter, you may not receive the email notifications. Please also check the email junk folder.



Do you charge tax?

We do not charge tax on any orders.
We mark all shipments at discounted prices to avoid unnecessary duty tax by your country's customs.
For some countries on some occasions the customs in your country may charge you a import duties, taxes, or other customs charges, and that is not our charge.
We are not responsible for delivery delay or charge caused by the your country's customs.
For details please consult with your country's customs, and your understanding is appreciated.



How do I cancel an order?

We process your order immediately and usually your order will be shipped within 24 hours.
Kindly notify us by e-mail at cancel@animegastore.com quoting your email address, your full name provided in your order, and the transaction ID as soon as possible.

  • Please understand that if your order is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can return the shipment afterwards, postal services shipping charge is non-refundable.
  • If you made a mistake in your order, please tell us at support@animegastore.com to fix the mistake.



How do I request for an exchange or refund? (Risk Free Shopping Full Refund / Free Exchange Policy)

Shopping at AniMEGAstore is risk free! Exchange is free of charge when the following conditions are met:

  • Wrong item is delivered (product has to be unused/unopened for return)
  • Problem is reported to us via email at support@animegastore.com within 15 days after the delivery.


Free exchange will be arranged immediately.
In different cases, customer will be offered to either

  1. keep the wrong item as a gift with a free replacement sent to you
  2. return the wrong item back to us at our cost for a free exchange


Please note that no return will be accepted without authorization, please contact us via email first.

If an ordering mistake was made by the customer, returning and re-shipping fees will be required for the exchange/replacement. Shipping fee is not refundable. Please provide your email address and your full name being used in your order.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, a full refund is guaranteed.

We do not accept return for items that are already used or damaged.

Can I pay in my local currency?

Please note that all our product prices & shipping prices are listed in USD currency.

If you want to see the current currency conversion rate, please consult with your nearest local currency exchange agent or an online currency exchange tables such as http://finance.yahoo.com/currency-converter

If you are paying by credit cards or debit cards in other currencies, the charges will be converted to your currency automatically. If you are paying by international money order, check, or cash, please contact us at support@animegastore.com to confirm the currency exchange rate from USD to your currency.

How do I place a bulk or wholesale order?

For wholesale order enquiries, please send e-mail to us at support@animegastore.com for quotes and details.

If you are buying a large / bulk order, for example an item with large quantity, you can check with us at support@animegastore.com for a bulk order discount.

Wholesale payment is only accepted in Bank Wire-Transfer/Western Union Transfer.





Shipping Information


Worldwide shipping information: Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we accept and ship orders worldwide to all countries. We ship via registered and insured airmail/parcel, or express services with extra postal charge. Basic insurance for the shipment is included with the postage. If you reside in a country that requires extra documentation for shipment clearance, please inform us via email at support@animegastore.com



Delivery and shipping options

1. Standard International Registered & Insured Mail / Parcel

All shipments will be packed with proper protection for safe delivery. Shipment insurance is included.
It will normally take approximately 7-15 business days for the shipment to reach most destinations world-wide. For some destinations, it may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.
Tracking number of shipment will be provided to you in our shipment confirmation email.


2. Express Shipping with priority handling

Orders with express shipping will be processed and handled first with priority.
All shipments will be packed with proper protection for safe delivery. Shipment insurance is included.

For order amount under $220, the express delivery upgrade fee is only $39. The delivery will be completed to most destinations worldwide within 2-5 business days by EMS express. We will pay the over-weight postage at our cost for your saving!


Please note that shipping time excludes order processing time, and customs clearance time in the destination country.
Sometimes customs clearance will delay the delivery a little, please be patience and allow enough time for delivery. We and the postal services are not responsible for the short delays caused by your country customs according to the postal regulations.


* For Canadian & Italian shoppers: parcel & express shipments to the Canada / Italy are required to provide addressee's contact phone number in order for the shipment to be accepted. Please remember to include your contact number in your order to avoid delay on the shipping. We will notify you by email if the phone number is missing.

Note for choosing courier express services: FedEX & UPS & DHL

For customers who prefer to use courier express services such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL, please contact us at support@animegastore.com for quotes that the shipping charge will vary depending on the actual dimensions, weight and destination of the shipment.
A separate courier shipping payment will need to be completed prior to your order shipping.
If you have your own FedEx, UPS, or DHL account number, please provide it for direct billing by these couriers.
Express courier shipping companies require your contact phone number for delivery so please remember to include it with your order to avoid unnecessary delays on shipping.

Delivery may also be delayed due to COVID-19, and please be patience allowing enough time for the postal services to deliver the shipments.

Please note that wer are not responsible for deliveries delayed by the shipping carrier or due to inclement weather conditions, strike, natural disasters or any unexpected problems out of the normal delivery processes.

Sometimes due to the high demand on some products or supply delays from the manufacturers, certain items may become temporary out of stock and back-ordered.

If an order contain multiple items, items that are in stock will be shipped out to you first, and back-ordered items will be shipped to you as soon as our inventory is refilled, with no additional handling or shipping fees required.
